Vehicle Shipping Rates Between Anchorage and Tacoma
NOTE: Effective, August 1, 2025, TOTE Maritime Alaska will no longer accept electric vehicles (EV) or Plug-in Hybrid Vehicles (PHEV) for shipment due to increased fire and safety risks at sea. TMAK will continue to accept Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicles (MHEV) for shipment that do not require electric power during transit.
When measuring the overall length and height of your vehicle, be sure to include trailer hitches, antennas, mirrors and any modifications. All vehicles must be less than 900 cubic feet. Motorcycles not accepted.

The cost to ship a car includes the applicable Ocean Fuel Surcharge, Port Charge, Terminal Charge, and POA Modernization Charge.
