The company posted top scores in four of the five attribute categories—Value, Information Technology, Customer Service, and Equipment & Operations—demonstrating its continued leadership in reliability and customer satisfaction.
With an overall weighted score of 53.83, TOTE Maritime Alaska outpaced many of the world’s largest carriers. Readers of Logistics Management awarded TOTE top scores in Value (13.41), Information Technology (10.27), Customer Service (11.00), and Equipment & Operations (9.58).
