Dear TOTE Maritime Alaska Customers:
As a reminder the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) will be publishing the Monday diesel fuel update on Tuesday mornings. As of Monday (12/01/2025), the West Coast (PADD5) Diesel Fuel Price as published by the U.S. Dept. of Energy is $4.441 per gallon (please refer the following link: (https://www.eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel/).This price level corresponds with an inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge of 43.00% as published in tariff STB TOTE 101-A and TOCT 402-A per Item 346.
Therefore, effective December 14, 2025, the inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge Item 346 shall be reduced to 43.00%.
Please note: the ocean fuel surcharge will remain as published in TOTE Maritime Alaska applicable tariff.
